Offers in-person and online support groups for individuals living with early-stage dementia. The groups are intended to help you emotionally process the changes you experience when living with dementia and the groups will help you to build relationships with others who are experiencing similar changes.

Groups are facilitated by one of our counsellors and are kept small to allow each participant to learn and share. This group meets weekly, for 5 weeks.

Individuals diagnosed with any form of dementia are encouraged to speak to their counsellor about joining an early-stage support group.
