Hearing Screening through the Infant Hearing Program is the standard of care in Ontario. This Hearing Check appointment is meant to be an option for babies who are now more than 8 weeks old and who did not get a hearing screening at birth because of closures during the pandemic. There is no charge for Hearing Checks. They are paid for by the Government of Ontario and are free to permanent residents of this province.
