Offered by the Recreation Department and is open to all seniors on a drop in basis, come out and exercise in a fun, safe and relaxed environment.
Where: Golden Hawk Gym/Teen & Senior Room
When: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Cost: $3.00 user fee per visit or $75.00 seasonal activity pass
