The Dial-A-Ride service operates somewhat like a taxi service except that clients must call CTCL dispatch a minimum of 24 - 48 hours in advance to book a trip. Please note that if you are unable to pre-book a return trip at the time of booking your trip you may have to wait until a driver is available or you may have to find an alternate means of travel.
