Our program provides weekly support groups (in person, virtual, and telephone) for anxiety disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, and difficulties coping with life stressors. We offer co-ed, women's, men's, senior, and youth specific groups. Our groups provide emotional support, community connection, psychoeducation, and coping strategies. An individual can attend as long as needed. We also provide various weekly social groups for isolated individuals, and psychoeducational groups. We offer a wide range of workshops such as: Self-Esteem, Self-Care, Distress Tolerance, Managing Anxiety and Depression, Journaling, Unhelpful Thinking Styles, and many more. Our workshops run for 4-6 weeks in length. All groups/workshops run for 1-2 hours each week. There is no limit to the amount of services accessed. In-person groups are offered at our locations in Whitby, Bowmanville, and Pickering.
