Description:
We have various exercise programs to support the community of Ottawa and Renfrew County. Let's Get Moving classes are currently taking place virtually however, we have many alternative options for in-person excercise:
-Pedal Power (Bike Pedal rental with virtual tours at home on your screen)
-We have links to City of Ottawa - (Better Strength, Better Balance videos and much, much more)
Send a referral, and a Dementia Care Coach will explain more and guide you in the right direction.
