To apply for rent-geared-to-income and/or market housing please download and complete the form below, pick one up in person or request the form to be sent to you by calling 705-474-2151 Ext.45589. On the application form, choose every project for which you qualify and are interested. There is one application for both market rent units and rent-geared-to-income units. Be sure to complete the periodic information updates as required. You can submit the completed form by email to housingaccess@dnssab or in person.
