Lakeland Village Retirement Home has 38 suites with 4 unit floor plans. Provides independent living for active seniors, meals, snacks, personal care, 24 hours nursing, laundry service, physiotherapy, hairdressing and social activities.

Three levels of care are available:
- Assisted Living - basic package for independent and self-sufficient residents. Includes rent and utilities (excluding phone and cable), 3 daily meals, snacks, beverages, in-house gym with fitness staff, group recreational activities, common laundry room and daily maid service. On-call 24-hour nursing service available.
- Personal Care Package - all services of the Assisted Living package, plus personal hygiene and care in the mornings and evenings, and help with bathing and bathroom.
- Nursing Care Package - for residents requiring daily medical assistance and nursing care beyond the basics of on-call emergencies and medication management.
