Screening includes a criminal background check, verification of professional credentials, and professional reference checks.

An in-home assessment is offered free of charge to ensure all client needs are addressed. All assessments are completed by the Home Help Service Coordinator who is a registered healthcare professional. Services offered range from general housekeeping and maintenance to personal support and attendant care.
