Victim Services can explain what happens in
court and the roles and responsibilities of the
various officials involved in the criminal justice
process. In addition, Victim Services can:
§ explain what may be required of you when
you testify,
§ give you a tour of the courtroom before the
trial,
§ identify any special needs you may have if
you are to be a witness (medical, need for
interpreters, etc.).
§ special protections as required
