Description:

A specific exercise therapy plan that is provided on an outpatient basis. This phase usually lasts for 12 weeks. During this time, the registrant will work with a physical therapist who will teach exercises that help regain strength and flexibility. The registrant will also work with a nutritionist and learn about healthy food choices that reduce their intake of fat, cholesterol, and sodium.
