Description:
Provides essential personal care and home support services to people with a variety of disabilities, including Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, and Spinal Cord Injury, to enable them to live independently in comfort, safety and dignity.

16 yrs
Criteria:
- 16 years of age or older- be insured under the Health Insurance Act of Ontario- Have a permanent physical disability or limitations that requires physical assistance with activities of daily living- Be able to direct their own care
