A hot lunch meal - we will serve nearly 100,000 meals this year.

Daily activities include socialization, educational and health presentations, exercise, shopping trips and games. These activities address seniors’ nutritional, physical and emotional needs, combating isolation and loneliness and promoting brain health.

Our vans assist seniors enrolled in the program who require transportation to the Neighborhood Lunch sites. Seniors First also provides program participants with scheduled trips to the grocery store and other outings.

Seniors look forward to sharing a hot meal together and forming lifelong friendships, helping them to have nourished lives and feel connected within their own neighborhoods.
