Hospice Simcoe aims to improve the quality of life for people living with life-limiting illness. Care includes symptom management along with social, psychological, spiritual and practical support. Hospice House is staffed with a palliative care team including trained volunteers, 24 hour nursing, personal support workers, chaplins, physicians and other care and service providers.
