Join us in this 8 week group where we will better understand mindfulness practices and how we can use them to be kinder to our minds.
People who are more mindful are happier, report less anxiety, symptoms of depression, anger and worries. Being more mindful can reduce stress, increase gratitude, hope and vitality. Being kind to your mind takes patience, practice, and repetition. This group provides content and support to help you build mindfulness practices into your everyday life and start seeing the benefits of being kinder to your mind.
