Service Details
Description:

Nutritious hot meals are delivered to the home by caring volunteers for residents within the Kingston community. We provide meals to seniors, persons recovering from illness, surgery, persons with disabilities or those who aren’t able to do their own grocery shopping and/or cook for themselves.
Delivery service allows us to provide both nutrition and a safety check at the client’s doorstep.
Hot meals are delivered up to 5 days a week, Monday to Friday between 11:00am and 1:00pm, depending on location

Special Diets Available: Diabetic, Low Sodium, Minced, Puree
Cost to Client:
$8.00/meal, or reduced if eligible for subsidy
