Description:

Caregiver Evening Out is a support group that provides a supportive space for caregivers to connect with others facing similar challenges. This gathering provides opportunities for conversation, questions, and relaxation. The evening includes a shared meal, allowing for continued conversation and relationship-building. This program is facilitated by staff and volunteers.



Open to caregivers of individuals with life-limiting illnesses in the community (excluding long-term care). The caregiver's loved one does not have to be receiving services from Hospice Care Ottawa to qualify for participation in the group.



Hospice Care Ottawa offers counseling to caregivers of individuals with life-limiting illnesses, as long as their loved one is receiving services from Hospice Care Ottawa.
