Description:
Non-emergency clinical assessment, consultation, treatment and education to older adults who are experiencing mental health issues combined with age-related difficulties.
Our services are provided by an interdisciplinary team consisting of registered nurses, social workers, geriatric psychiatrists, geriatricians and intensive geriatric services workers.
Eligibility Criteria

An older adult suffering from a recent memory, behavioural or mental health issue
