Description:
Accessible non-urgent transportation is provided to and from health related medical appointments. Door through door services is provided and includes assistance to appointment location. 48 hours minimum notice is preferred to plan a trip.

Client must be Appropriate to the non-urgent medical transportation program. Client may be in a wheelchair, walker or have mobility issues.
