Description:

Provides confidential outpatient counselling services for individuals concerned about tobacco, alcohol and drug use including a comprehensive assessment, collaborative goal setting and a plan of action for healthy change. No forensic testing.



Professional counsellors help individuals review their lifestyle, identify changes they might like to make, and help them develop the necessary skills to make those changes. Group counselling services range from harm reduction, relapse prevention to abstinence based post treatment aftercare. Referrals to residential or day treatment programs, or community programs are provided.



Consultation and group counselling is available for parents, other family members, care givers or friends of individuals who have challenges with alcohol or drugs.
