Description:
The Home Caregiver Support Program is designed to train, educate and peer mentor you, the home Caregiver, as you provide care for your loved one at home.
As a Caregiver, getting the correct information and support is one of your most important needs in providing care at home.
The program is delivered in 4 parts, each dealing with a different aspect of the Caregiver's role, and needs:
- Physical Needs
- Emotional/Psychological Needs
- Social/Informational Needs
- Spiritual Needs

Criteria:
This program is open to any caregiver who is providing care for an individual suffering from chronic or life-limiting illnesses within the confines of their own home. Caregivers can include family members, partners, parents, children, and close friends.
