Description:

Provides a supportive, secure environment for older adults benefiting from a stimulating program of social and recreational activities. Includes a hot noon meal and snacks, excursions and personal care support.

Eligibility Criteria

Other Criteria:

Minimum Age: 18 yrs

Criteria:

- 18 years of age living at home- Able to perform activities of daily living independently or with minimal assistance- Able to function within a group setting- Can be frail, physically or cognitively impaired. - Must be assessed prior to attendance
