Group Dining
Serves nutritionally balanced lunches, or dinners, in a social group environment.
HousekeepingProvided at homeOffers assistance with routine household activities such as light house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and preparing meals.
Meals on WheelsProvided at homeDelivers a nutritionally balanced noon hour hot meal by volunteers who provide a social contact and a safety check for the client. Special diets may be accommodated. Frozen meals may be available.
Residential Hospice
Improves quality of life for people living with life-limiting illness in a residential facility that feels like home. Care includes symptom management, social, spiritual, and family support.
Respite Care (In-Home)Provided at homeProvides temporary relief from caregiving role, reducing stress.
Rides & TransportationProvided at homeProvides door-to-door rides for seniors or adults who have a disability to attend medical and therapeutic appointments, social activities and perform other daily tasks such as shopping trips.
Seniors Gentle Exercise Class
Provides group exercise classes, typically one hour in length, to improve strength and balance. Education provided to reduce risk of falls.
Support Group
In-person meetings where members provide each other with help for a particular life challenge. Often involves relating personal experiences and providing sympathetic understanding. May be clinician or volunteer-led.
Telephone Reassurance & Safety ChecksProvided at homeProvides regularly scheduled phone calls to ensure the safety for those with health issues or who experience loneliness or depression.
Wellness Clinic
Services provided by a clinician to monitor health and wellness. (e.g., blood pressure monitoring, medication review, glucose and cholesterol monitoring, injections, flu shots etc)
