Our Art of Kindness group is an opportunity for you to get in touch with your creative side, connect with others, and express and explore who you are and how we are connected through visual arts.

We believe everyone is a creative person and has unique ways of expressing themselves so previous experience is not required to participate. You can expect lots of encouragement, fun, acceptance and support in our group as we get our art on together!

This group has a new art project each session that has various prompts related to how we can incorporate kindness into our lives.

Location: Bowmont Commons (5000 Bowness Rd NW)
Dates: November 7th to December 5th (5 weeks on Thursdays)
Time: 10:00am- 12:00pm.

Location: Village Commons (610 8 Ave SE)
Dates: November 20th to December 18th (5 weeks on Wednesdays)
Time: 1:00pm- 3:00pm.

Free Childcare available upon request.
