Community Centre Facilitates activities in a supported setting such as recreation, fitness, social, educational programs and events. Specialized programs in post-rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and nutrition education may also be available. Usually membership based.

Financial Assistance Provides financial assistance, such as government aid programs or charitable grants, to meet special needs. (e.g., home adaptation programs, home energy, medical equipment, holocaust survivors, etc.)

Foot Care Clinic Provides nursing foot care and advice for clients to address common foot problems such as thickened and fungal nails, corns, calluses, bunions.

Group Dining Serves nutritionally balanced lunches, or dinners, in a social group environment.

Housekeeping Provided at homeOffers assistance with routine household activities such as light house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and preparing meals.

Meals on Wheels Provided at homeDelivers a nutritionally balanced noon hour hot meal by volunteers who provide a social contact and a safety check for the client. Special diets may be accommodated. Frozen meals may be available.

Rides & Transportation Provided at homeProvides door-to-door rides for seniors or adults who have a disability to attend medical and therapeutic appointments, social activities and perform other daily tasks such as shopping trips.

Supportive Housing Provides support with personal care and activities of daily living in a 24 hour facility setting.
