The Residential Care Program provides round the clock care for people at the end-of-life, in a home-like and peaceful setting. A multidisciplinary team supports the management of physical symptoms and emotional care. Friends and family are welcome.

18 yrs
Criteria:
- Diagnosis with a life-limiting illness
- Individuals are within the last days to weeks of life and require 24 hour care
