For people with Parkinson's and other chronic conditions, this boxing and circuit training program will help you feel and function better. With a focus on fast-action exercises, as well as increasing strength, power and flexibility, this program is designed to enhance quality of life. This program is offered in partnership with Parkinson Alberta.
