Flouroscopy An imaging modality that uses x-rays to allow real-time visualization of body structures. (e.g., Barium Studies)

Individual/ Family Counselling Guidance or advice aimed at better managing a challenging situation or to resolve personal problems. Includes mental health and addictions counselling.

Mammography An imaging modality that uses low energy x-rays specifically for imaging of breast tissue.

Plain Radiography (X-Ray) Diagnostic imaging technique that uses electromagnetic radiation, especially X-rays, to view internal structure of human body.

Speech-Language Rehabilitation Clinic Identification, evaluation, and treatment of acquired communication disorders such as difficulty understanding or producing speech and swallowing. (Includes aphasia)

Support Group In-person meetings where members provide each other with help for a particular life challenge. Often involves relating personal experiences and providing sympathetic understanding. May be clinician or volunteer-led.

Ultrasound An imaging modality that utilizes high-frequency sound waves to provide cross-sectional images of the body. Commonly used for abdomin, pelvis, cardiovascular, and obstetric purposes.
