Fitness Group Exercise sessions where participants develop physical fitness and/or skills within a defined sport. May be either beginners or advanced.

Multi-Use Recreation Facility A publicly accessible facility that includes indoor features such as pool, track, gym, meeting rooms, rink, aerobics room, weight room, concession area.

Seniors Gentle Exercise Class Provides group exercise classes, typically one hour in length, to improve strength and balance. Education provided to reduce risk of falls.

Wellness Clinic Services provided by a clinician to monitor health and wellness. (e.g., blood pressure monitoring, medication review, glucose and cholesterol monitoring, injections, flu shots etc)
