Bradford House, provides supportive housing services to vulnerable and at-risk older adults and seniors living with mental health and addiction issues as well as multiple physical health concerns.

The program seeks to serve people who, because of their care needs, require more frequent support and assistance that is available through home care, but who do not need the medical monitoring or supervision provided by a long-term care home.
