The Overnight Stay Program is a service integrated into the Community Alzheimer Program offering planned, short stay respite for persons living with memory loss.
Stays are 7 or 14 days in length only (scheduled Wednesday to Wednesday).
Urgent overnight stays cannot be accommodated. Currently, ONS is scheduling stays 6-8 months after Caredove appointments.
Due to the high volume of referrals, earlier Caredove appointment requests cannot be accommodated.
Please contact Ontario Health atHome for more information on how to apply (519-748-2222) or for more information on the program offerings, please contact Kelly Sproule at 519-893-8494 ext 6307.
