Description:
Transportation services support seniors 65+ and adults with physical disabilities to medical appointments, Adult Day Programs, and for iADLs (grocery shopping, banking, etc.). Wheelchair accessible transportation available. Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. This program supports City of Guelph, North Wellington and Centre Wellington.
