A group exercise program led by volunteers that have specialized training and ongoing education. This program is non-traditional and is able to accommodate various levels of physical abilities by utilizing chairs to allow participants to always have a base of support and sit if needed..

Criteria:
- Available for adults 55+ who wish to improve their health and may not be able to participate in the traditional group programs due to their mobility restrictions, chronic disease, confidence, health issues or other reasons.
- Tuesday and Friday Moderate Intensity 9am Low 10am
