Description:

The Meals on Wheels Program offers Hot and Frozen meal options to Seniors and Adults with physical disabilities living in Guelph and Wellington County.



Hot meals are delivered Monday- Friday at the lunch hour. All hot meals are homemade and prepared fresh daily. The cost is $8.00/meal and includes an entree, cup of soup and dessert. Dietary restrictions may be accommodated.
Note: Guelph hot meals are prepared at St. Joseph's Health Care Centre and Wellington hot meals are prepared at the Wellington Terrace LTC home.



Frozen meals are ordered/delivered monthly to clients living in rural areas and to those who require additional weekend support or flexibility. The cost is $6.00/entree and $2.25/soup or dessert. The menu can be viewed at entreeplus.com.

Criteria:
Seniors or adults with a disability - does not have to be a permanment disability - can be available for people recovering from surgery, illness, etc.
