Service Details
Description:
Therapeutic and Recreational Day Program for Seniors or Adults with cognitive impairments and/or physical disabilities. The day includes a congregate meal, social opportunities, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity while providing relief for caregivers. The program is available to clients residing in Dufferin County.
The cost for the day (9:00am-3:00pm) is $19.50 and includes a congregate hot meal and snacks prepared fresh daily. Transportation is available through VON for an additional cost. Program staff are trained to assist with toileting, medication cuing, and daily exercises.
